Terms & Conditions

All goods purchased must be paid for in full and cleared funds before goods will be despatched or in the case of clothing which is manufactured to order, before goods are ordered.

Payment for goods can be made:

  • through PayPal using a debit or credit card
  • by direct bank transfer to German Shepherd Rescue Elite, account number 03987272, sort code 20-35-35 (please ensure the payment is clearly marked with the name on the order)
  • by cheque made out to German Shepherd Rescue Elite and sent to, Gravelle Hatch House, Malacca Farm, West Clandon, Surrey, GU4 7UQ (please ensure the back of the cheque is clearly marked with the name on the order).

Delivery

All prices quoted include packaging and postage for delivery within the UK. We do not deliver outside of the UK mainland.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery altough we endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with the quality or value of any item, or if your purchase arrives faulty or damaged, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days. We will be happy to replace it or offer a full refund. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

Please not goods must be unopened and in 'as new' condition.

Cancellation of Order Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, and have paid but not yet taken delivery of the product, please advise us within 7 days of the original order date at info@gsrelite.co.uk, and we will offer you an exchange or credit note. A refund may be given at the discretion of management but there will be a 5% administration charge on the full amount of the purchase.

If you change your mind about your purchase and have paid and taken delivery of the product, please advise us within 7 days from the delivery date at info@gsrelite.co.uk, and we will offer you an exchange or credit note. A refund may be given at the discretion of management but there will be a 10% handling charge on the full amount fo the purchase. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in 'as new' condition at your cost. You are advised to ensure you use a service that provides proof of delivery.

This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
